Mobility and technical coaching options with Collin
The Movement assessment and analysis with Collin serves to better understand what you can and cannot do safely and effectively. It may uncover the “why” behind some movement inabilities or frustrations. Understanding your underlying joint health and capabilities is essential as they are the foundation of the movements in training, climbing, and everyday life.
Includes an initial 60-minute assessment and consultation and a 3-month training plan. The program might also include strength, mobility, cardio, etc., relevant to your goals and needs determined by each coach’s assessment. A 15-minute follow-up zoom call will occur at the end of the first month.
Technical coaching with Jesse
Technical coaching - 8 weeks $240
First we'll do a holistic self-assessment of your climbing and a 60 min Zoom call to discuss your mindset, logistics and technique. After the call you will receive an 8 week program including mental and technical training. Follow up support via email.
One-time technical review - $105
This is a thorough review of your climbing movement. Based on up to 10 minutes of climbing footage, you will receive detailed technical feedback and drill suggestions.
Technical coaching with Sam
Technical coaching with Sam will help you better understand what and how to improve your climbing. In addition, you can expect an in-depth conversation and technique breakdown to apply to your sessions. The focus is on why specific movements and tactics might work better than others for you. He believes this to be the foundation for climbing and training development.

In order to optimize a training program we start with a needs analysis. Each athlete has specific needs based on their training history, body type, and skill level. Testing is an important component of your needs analysis. How much stimulus you need to adapt depends on your current strength and fitness level. Mobility and technical work
If you're an endurance athlete looking to improve aerobic power and endurance we have the testing tools necessary to evaluate heart rate variability, lactate threshold and VO2 max.
