Understanding Finger Injuries - Recording
Understanding Finger Injuries - Recording
This three-hour course is designed to teach participants about finger injury risk(s) and a comprehensive approach to prevention. We will discuss the literature on the most common finger injuries by location and incidence, theorized mechanisms in rock climbing training, and generalized (not just rock climbing) methods for management. This course will focus on the hand and finger.
Due to the diversity of participants (athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers), this course is not exclusive to healthcare providers but will discuss diagnostic testing/imaging and clinical management. This course aims to educate participants about what to be aware of in the fingers and how to mitigate the risk as much as possible.
Once you purchase the course you will get access to the course via Google drive.
