1:1 Personalized Training with Coach Collin - 1 Month
In this 1 month commitment with Coach Collin you will work together to build finger and total body strength, mobility, and resiliency towards injury. The training begins with a 60 minute goals consultation and movement assessment to better understand your movement quality and physical limitations. The findings in the assessment will be applied to your training plan to better accommodate your needs. The training plan will then be built to meet your goals and fit the practicality of your life schedule.
In this process you will receive:
A full movement assessment and needs analysis
Individualized month of training with a video overview of the program
Weekly check-ins via a messaging app
Access to a private climbing training content library
Daily access to Coach Collin through a messaging app for realtime answers, exercise adjustments, etc.
Feedback on exercise video submissions through google photos
